People v. Morciglio

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 2, 1997
240 A.D.2d 436 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

June 2, 1997

Appeal from the County Court, Orange County (Byrne, J.).

Ordered that the amended judgment is affirmed.

We reject the defendant's contention that the court erred in refusing his request to present certain information to the court either in camera or in a closed courtroom. Furthermore, the defendant's amended sentence was not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80).

Miller, J.P., Thompson, Joy and Luciano, JJ., concur.
