People v. Moore

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 2, 1978
65 A.D.2d 559 (N.Y. App. Div. 1978)

Opinion

October 2, 1978

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 20, 1976, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; People v Foster, 58 A.D.2d 814). Hopkins, J.P., Martuscello, Rabin and Margett, JJ., concur.
