Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court, rendered December 11, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests permission to withdraw as counsel is granted, and David M. Giglio, Esq. is relieved of his assignment, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 16, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
