DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 6, 2019. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on October 25, 2019, and November 8, 2019, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll is denied as unnecessary as the subject transcripts are properly part of the record; and it is further, ORDERED that on or before December 10, 2021, the respondent shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on October 25, 2019, and November 8, 2019, as exhibits; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before December 10, 2021, the respondent shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
