On order of the Court, the motion to add issue is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the November 2, 2016 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the St. Clair County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order, limited to the scoring of Offense Variable (OV) 9, MCL 777.39, and OV 10, MCL 777.40. The motions for immediate consideration and to remand are DENIED.
The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
