PEOPLE State of Illinois, respondent, v. Tamar MOORE, petitioner.


Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory-authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Moore, Case No. 1–11–0793. The appellate court is further directed to reconsider the matter in light of this Court's decision in People v. Aguilar, 2013 IL 112116, 377 Ill.Dec. 405, 2 N.E.3d 321, to determine if another outcome is warranted.
