DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 10, 2003, which was determined by decision and order dated November 14, 2006, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings to support his pending application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate the judgment, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
