ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is DENIED.

On the Court's own motion, this cause is REMANDED to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel, current counsel being unable to timely file a supplemental or substitute brief on behalf of appellant. Within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, the trial court shall appoint substitute counsel to represent defendant and shall send a copy of the order naming substitute counsel to the Clerk of this Court.
