By order of December 5, 2000, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Mass, (Docket No. 115820). That decision having been issued on July 5, 2001, 464 Mich. 615 (2001), the application from the June 23, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals was again considered and, by order of November 20, 2001, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Hardiman, [Docket No. 118670]. On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on June 25, 2002, 466 Mich. 417 (2002), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Hardiman.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
