On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the May 19, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the March 10, 1999 order of the Wayne Circuit Court and REMAND this case to that court for an evidentiary hearing on defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Following the hearing, the court shall make such findings of fact as are necessitated by the evidence, and then reconsider and rule on defendant's motion to withdraw the guilty plea.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
