Opinion

SC: 157351 COA: 334244

05-29-2018

PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Joshua Jamalle MITCHELL, Defendant-Appellant.

Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 11, 2018 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion to expand the record to include the transcript of defendant’s arraignment is DENIED as unnecessary because that transcript is already a part of the record.
