Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered January 13, 2022, which was transferred to this Court by decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated September 8, 2023.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination (see 22 NYCRR 730.1[b]); and it is further, ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
