Appellants having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of the Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered October 15, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bruce F. Freeman, Esq. and Matthew R. Lembke, Esq. sworn to July 9, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered October 15, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
