(Pen. Code, § 1203.05, subd. (c).)

Appellant's “Application to File Appellant's Unredacted Opening Brief Under Seal,” filed on September 16, 2020, is denied as moot. The Clerk is directed to publicly file the unredacted appellant's opening brief lodged in this court on September 16, 2020.
