Opinion

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Craig Mighty, Defendant-Appellant.

Seymour W. James, Jr., The Legal Aid Society, New York (Paul Wiener of counsel), for appellant. Darcel D. Clark, District Attorney, Bronx (Robert C. McIver of counsel), for respondent.

Seymour W. James, Jr., The Legal Aid Society, New York (Paul Wiener of counsel), for appellant.

Darcel D. Clark, District Attorney, Bronx (Robert C. McIver of counsel), for respondent.

Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (William Mogulescu, J.), rendered July 7, 2015, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, affirmed.

Although we do not find that defendant made a valid waiver of the right to appeal, we perceive no basis for reducing the sentence.

THIS CONSTITUTES THE DECISION AND ORDER OF THE SUPREME COURT, APPELLATE DIVISION, FIRST DEPARTMENT.
