ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion to extend time to file appellant's brief is also GRANTED. Appellant's brief shall be due 56 days after entry of this Court's order deciding the pending motion to remand, unless otherwise provided by the order deciding the motion to remand.
