DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered March 21, 2014, to compel his assigned counsel, Martin Goldberg, Esq., to provide him with certain records, transcripts and other materials so that appellant may prepare a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent of directing appellant's assigned counsel to furnish appellant with such transcripts of the trial and of the pretrial hearings which may be in counsel's possession, such transcripts to be returned to counsel when appellant files the supplemental brief, and the motion is otherwise denied.
