DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, counsel assigned to represent respondent on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, dated September 19, 2011, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and DAVID BYTHEWOOD, ESQ. located at 85 WILLIS AVENUE, SUITE J, MINEOLA, NEW YORK 11501 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County shall provide new counsel with all papers.
