MOTION DECISION

Appeals having been taken from judgments of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 12, 2019, February 25, 2020, February 05, 2020, September 3, 2020, November 6, 2019, and October 24, 2019, and from a SORA order, same court, entered on or about December 09, 2020, And assigned counsel for defendants-appellants having moved for an order directing Senior Court Reporter Denise Taylor to provide to assigned counsel for the appellants, within 30 days of this Court's order, certain outstanding transcripts, which reporter Taylor failed to produce, which are set forth in detail in the moving papers, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted, with the exception of those transcripts requested for defendant Joseph Elliott (Ind. No. 1890/18) whose appeal has already been perfected, argued and decided by this Court. Defendant-appellant shall serve a copy of this order on the principal or supervising court reporter New York Supreme Court, Criminal Term, together with a list of the outstanding transcripts, within 10 days of the date hereof. Said service shall be deemed good and sufficient service upon the court reporter Taylor, who is directed to furnish defendant-appellant's attorney with the outstanding transcripts within 30 days after service of this order. The time to perfect the pending appeals is extended to 90 days from the receipt of the requested transcripts.
