PEOPLE State of Illinois, petitioner, v. Juan MENESES, respondent.


Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Meneses , case No. 1-19-1247 (02/02/22). The appellate court is directed to vacate the portion of its opinion addressing the proportionate penalties clause and to affirm the circuit court's judgment denying leave to file a successive post-conviction petition.
