DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from decision and order of this Court dated June 21, 2011, which determined appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 19, 2001, and a resentence of the same court imposed December 19, 2008.
