The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Donald Medard, Defendant-Appellant.
An appeal having been taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 21, 2006, And an order of this Court entered on April 27, 2017 (M-761), granting the People's motion to dismiss the aforesaid appeal unless perfected for the September 2017 Term, And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
