Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from judgments of Seneca County Court, rendered December 21, 2009 and May 10, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to May 12, 2016, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered December 21, 2009 and May 10, 2010, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
