Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Gregg C. McReynolds (Attorney Registration No. 11771) from the practice of law for a period of thirty days, all stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective February 18, 2010. Respondent failed to adequately communicate with a client about her personal injury claims from October 2008 through April 2009. In addition, on October 19, 2009, Respondent pled guilty to criminal mischief, a Class I misdemeanor in violation of C.R.S. § 18-4-501. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.4(a), 1.4(b) and 8.4(b).
