The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Gregg C. McReynolds, attorney registration number 11771, from the practice of law for a period of ninety days, all stayed upon successful completion of a two-year period of probation subject to conditions. On numerous occasions, respondent failed to monitor his handling of his operating and trust accounts to insure compliance with Colo. RPC 1.15(a). Respondent also failed to adequately designate his accounts in violation of Colo. RPC 1.15(f)(4). Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the proceeding.
