ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is DENIED.

The motion to compel production of transcripts is DENIED.

The motion to compel the circuit court to provide access to Odyssey is DENIED.

To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the circuit court's November 4, 2020 and December 9, 2020 orders, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because defendant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(2). To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the circuit court's October 19, 2021 orders, the application is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need for immediate appellate review.
