Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Monroe County Court, rendered March 8, 2012 and April 26, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq. dated March 6, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered March 8, 2012 and April 26, 2012 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
