ORDERED that the motion to resettle the record on appeal and for further relief is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the time to file and serve said brief is extended to March 7, 2019. No further extensions of time to file and serve the supplemental pro se brief will be granted.
