Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the City Court, City of New Rochelle, Westchester County (G. Rice, J.), rendered April 26, 2002, convicting him, after a jury trial, of aggravated harassment in the second degree (Penal Law § 240.30 [b]) and imposing sentence.

Appeal unanimously dismissed.

PRESENT: McCABE, P.J., RUDOLPH and ANGIOLILLO, JJ.


Inasmuch as all of the assigned appellate counsel's efforts to contact defendant have been unsuccessful, the appeal is dismissed ( see e.g. People v. Jinks, 140 AD2d 371; see also People v. Watson, 77 NY2d 857).
