Application by the defendant pursuant to CPL 530.45 to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set bail after his convictions, inter alia, of grand larceny in the second degree, in the County Court, Putnam County, upon a jury verdict, on June 25, 2021. The County Court, Putnam County, remanded the defendant pending the imposition of sentence.
