Appeal by defendant: (a) from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 5, 1957 after a jury trial, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, and, pursuant to article 3-A of the Correction Law, committing him to the Reception Center at Elmira for classification and for transfer to an appropriate institution to serve a term of 15 to 30 years; and (b) from every intermediate order made in the action. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. No separate appeal lies from the intermediate orders, which have been reviewed on the appeal from the judgment of conviction. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
