Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 14, 1994
202 A.D.2d 520 (N.Y. App. Div. 1994)

Opinion

March 14, 1994

Appeal from the County Court, Nassau County (Belfi, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Sullivan, J.P., Miller, O'Brien and Krausman, JJ., concur.
