Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jun 14, 1983
95 A.D.2d 680 (N.Y. App. Div. 1983)

Opinion

June 14, 1983

Three judgments of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Lawrence Bernstein, J.), rendered on November 20, 1980, unanimously affirmed. Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Saunders, 52 A.D.2d 833.) We have reviewed this record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious points which could be raised on this appeal.
