On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 15, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 29, 2011, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Indictment Number "31577/10," and substituting therefor Indictment Number "136/10."
