Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Robert Stuart McCormick (Attorney Registration No. 12870), effective March 26, 2010. Respondent negligently failed to provide diligent representation and failed to reasonably communicate with his clients in their petition for grandparent visitation rights, which resulted in the dismissal of the petition and an award of attorney fees. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4, 1.15(b) and 1.16(d).
