DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to relieve assigned counsel and to assign new counsel.

Application for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application to relieve assigned counsel and to assign new counsel is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the application for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the time to file and serve said brief is extended to October 27, 2014.
