Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Crawford, Orange County, rendered October 1, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed by August 23, 2013, and it is further
ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may file a reply brief within 7 days of service of the respondent's brief.
