DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of Ulster County Court, rendered December 20, 2016, to adjudge Cathy Nilsson, a former court reporter, to be in criminal contempt of court for willful failure to comply with the lawful mandate of this Court contained in the decision and order of this Court dated June 15, 2018, directing her to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the court proceeding which occurred on November 21, 2016, or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such date, on or before July 16, 2018 in the above-entitled matter.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, and a hearing having been held thereon, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
