DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application for extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, and the time to file and serve said brief is extended to January 4, 2021. In the event appellant's pro se supplemental brief is not filed by that date, permission to file the same is withdrawn.
