DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for order compelling production of transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the time is extended to February 14, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to compel production of transcripts is granted, and Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the March 12, 2014 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such date on or before December 18, 2017.
