Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and disbarred Robert T. McAllister (Attorney Registration No. 10350), effective July 8, 2011. McAllister deposited client funds into his operating account and used them for operating and personal expenses without client authorization. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 3.4(c) and 8.4(c).
