THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. KADESHA MAYE, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken from a judgment of the Niagara County Court, rendered April 29, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal shall be perfected on or before December 7, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
