The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Wilfred Matthews, Defendant-Appellant.
Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 3, 2014, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2017 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary.
