THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. BURGESS MATTHEWS, JR., DEFENDANT-APPELLANT. (APPEAL NO. 1.) THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. BURGESS MATTHEWS, JR., DEFENDANT-APPELLANT. (APPEAL NO. 2.)


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of the Monroe County Court, rendered April 5, 2008 and May 9, 2008, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Eric Dolan, Esq. dated September 10, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered April 5, 2008 and May 9, 2008 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeals on or before November 30, 2015, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
