MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: Hon. Rolando T. Acosta, Anil C. Singh Tanya R. Kennedy Manuel J. Mendez John R. Higgitt, Presiding Justice, Justices.

An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 23, 2020, and said appeal having been perfected, And, the Juvenile Law Center and the Center on Race, Inequality and the Law having jointly moved for leave to file an amici curiae brief in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing The Juvenile Law Center and the Center on Race, Inequality and the Law to serve respondent with a copy, and file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy, of the amici curiae brief, in the form annexed to the moving papers, within 30 days of the date of this order. The appeal is adjourned to the February 2022 Term of this Court.
