BY THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on August 19, 2011, be modified as follows:
On page 9, third full paragraph, second sentence beginning "At the time" and ending with "Clearview Drive" is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:
At the time of this call, the cell phone was within two miles of a cell tower located within a mile of victim 1's residence on Clearview Drive.
There is no change in judgment. The petition for rehearing is denied.
