Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered May 6, 2013, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant furnishing this court with proper papers, including a showing of her husband's income and assets.
