Defendant-appellant having moved for a further extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from only that part of the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 1, 2016, which is appealable as of right,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal to the November 2020 Term of this Court.
