Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 30, 2015, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties dated March 17, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the October 2019 Term.
