DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to correct his brief to strike references to Indictment No. 16-12, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered June 5, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 6, 2013, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief that omits references to Indictment No. 16-12.
